Evaluation as result registration

The evaluation as result registration is aimed at making an achieved effect or improvement visible. Many objectives, which are pursued, are in part difficult to recognise and are not clearly visible as desired. A result achieved or a development step pursued will certainly be noticed, but often subjective interpretations become dominant. The objective of an evaluated result registration is to make the success visible on a more objective basis and to complete the individual interpretation with comprehensible data.

Examples of result registration are:

• Effect of employee training (management, innovation, cooperation and client reaction etc.)
• Effect of research and development expenditure
• Effect of constructive quality thinking
