Below you will find an evaluation example for the determination of the condition of the organisational commitment and the organisational trust.
The purpose of the evaluation was to determine the characteristics of several banking groups with regard to organisational identification or organisational commitment, together with certain conditional factors and individual resulting effects.
Below you will find an extract from the analysis (survey 2003, 1,279 persons questioned).
