Evaluation as process support
Evaluation as process support is undertaken in order to support management processes professionally and to check them for their effectiveness. The evaluation as independent monitoring registers the process, gathers facts and allows its observations to flow into the project process.
Examples of process support are, in particular in multi-facetted and complex projects, the observing and evaluation of communication and conflict behaviour or of cooperative behaviour.
